Last week on SmackDown LIVE, Dolph Ziggler delivered the kick heard ‘round the world when he Superkicked WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels. This ultimate show of disrespect for a WWE Legend has caused quite the stir in the locker room, to say the least. Not only has it led to a showdown between Ziggler and Seth Rollins on Monday Night Raw, but also, Finn Bálor will look to teach The Showoff a lesson in respect tonight on SmackDown LIVE.

Finn Balor is asked about the last few weeks with him losing the Intercontinental Champoinship followed by the return of Bray Wyatt after Finn’s match last week on Raw. Finn is asked if he knows why he was in Bray’s crosshairs. Finn says they have crossed paths before and he wonders if Bray is out for revenge or if it is something new. Finn says he cannot explain this. Finn says Bray is more twisted and messed up than ever. Finn says he has stared fear in the eyes before and he did not back down then and he won’t back down now. Whatever you want to call yourself, he is challenging Bray to a match at SummerSlam.

We go to the Firefly Funhouse on the TitanTron and Bray shows up. Bray says hello to Finn and he says Finn is so brave. It is inspriing. It is also why Mercy, Ramblin Rabbit and him are such big fans of Finn’s. The fiend is not a fan no matter how many times they tell the fiend how super duper you are. Bray says the Fiend is accepting your challenge at SummerSlam. Bray says he should warn Finn. While you are an extraordinary man, the fiend is no man. The fiend is an abomination. The fiend is power. The fiend remembers. Let me in.

We see Finn Balor backstage walking. We go to commercial.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Finn Balor in a Non Title Match

Back from the break and out comes WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor for this non-title match. Shinsuke Nakamura is out next as we get a sidebar video recorded earlier today. We also get pre-recorded backstage comments from Balor, who praises Nakamura but says that’s not the man he’s facing tonight, tonight he’s facing a man who is desperate to get his career back on track.

The bell rings and they go at it. Nakamura with elbow strikes. Balor counters a pin attempt with a kick to the face. Nakamura stomps away in the corner now, keeping control. We go to commercial with a split screen.

Nakamura chokes Balor in the corner. Nakamura with a cravate. Nakamura with a snap mare and knee drop for a near fall. Nakamura with kicks to Balor and Balor blocks a kick but Nakamura with an enzuigiri for a near fall. Nakamura with a reverse chin lock. Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura with a gourdbuster followed by knees to the ribs and back for a near fall. Nakamura with a rear chin lock and he applies a side head lock. Nakamura with a boot to the chest followed by a knee to the back of the head.

Nakamura with a knee and Irish whip but Balor with a boot and Slingblade followed by a forearm and double stomp. Nakamura misses a round kick and Balor with an elevated elbow to the chest for a near fall. Nakamura sends Balor into the corner and Nakamura with a kick to the back followed by a sliding German suplex. Nakamura sets for Kinshasa and Balor with Slingblade. Balor goes to the turnbuckles and Nakamura crotches Balor and Nakamura with a running knee to the ribs.

They go to the apron and Nakamura goes to the turnbuckles for a knee to knock Balor off the apron and to the floor. Nakamura sends Balor into the ring post and ringside barrier. Balor is sent into the ring post again. Both men beat the count and get back into the ring but Nakamura sends Balor to the floor. Nakamura with Kinshasa on the floor. Balor beats the count back into the ring and Nakamura with a kick and he sends Balor to the floor again. Nakamura sends Balor into the ringside barrier and the ring steps. Nakamura continues to kick Balor and Nakamura gets back into the ring and so does Balor. Nakamura with another Kinshasa for the three count.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura

WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor is interviewed backstage. Balor is asked what is next. Balor says he had a good series of matches against Andrade, but he needs to look at what’s next. Shinsuke Nakamura walks up, looks at Balor, and walks off.

Andrade vs. Apollo Crews
 
We go to the ring and out comes Andrade with Zelina Vega. We go back to commercial.
 
Back from the break and Apollo Crews is out. Andrade attacks before the bell and drops Crews with a Hammerlock DDT. Andrade disrespects Crews some and keeps going until WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor runs out to make the save.
 
Balor and Andrade go at it. Vega distracts Balor from the floor as he looks to go up from the apron, allowing Andrade to turn it back around. Andrade drops Balor with a Hammerlock DDT. We get replays and come back to Andrade leaving up the ramp with Andrade as Balor recovers in the ring.

Fatal 4 Way: Randy Orton vs. Ali vs. Andrade vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor
 
We go to the ring for tonight’s Fatal 4 Way and out comes Randy Orton as Greg Hamilton does the introductions. We go to commercial.
 
Back from the break and Rowan and Daniel Bryan are venting to Shane McMahon. Shane makes a 4-on-3 Handicap Match for tonight against The Usos and Roman Reigns. If The Miz interferes the Steel Cage match against Shane will be pulled from Sunday’s pay-per-view. We go back to the ring and Orton is standing with a ladder and a mic in the ring. We see the MITB briefcase hanging high above the ring. Orton talks about how he will win the briefcase for the second time on Sunday and then the three most dangerous letters for the WWE Champion will be RKO. Orton drops the mic. The music hits and out next comes Andrade with Zelina Vega. Vega and Andrade also talk about how he will be Mr. Money In the Bank after Sunday. Ali is out next, followed by WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor for this non-title match.
 
Back from the break and the match is already underway. Orton works Ali around the ring. Balor tries to get involved but he gets kicked out of the ring. Ali unloads with strikes on Orton now. Orton catches Ali with a powerslam. Fans chant for the RKO now as Orton stalks Ali while he’s down. Orton rocks Ali with an uppercut. Ali catches Orton with a dropkick and Orton goes down. Orton runs into a back elbow in the corner. Ali blocks the RKO and drops a big DDT. Ali with a 2 count on Orton as Andrade breaks it up.
 
Andrade unloads on Ali in the corner as Vega barks orders. Ali ends up sending Andrade into the turnbuckles. Andrade comes back and turns Ali inside out with a big shot. Andrade ends up tossing Ali out of the ring to the floor. Balor drops Andrade in the corner. Balor rocks Andrade and Orton, knocking him off the apron. Balor with more offense to his opponents. Balor with an elbow to Orton’s throat. Balor kicks Andrade in the head from the apron.
 
Balor climbs to the top for the Coup de Grace but Andrade crotches him. Andrade with the running double knees to Balor in the corner. Balor kicks out at 2 and Vega isn’t happy. Vega looks under the ring and calls for Andrade to come get a ladder. Andrade brings two ladders out and slides one of them into the ring. Andrade rams the ladder into Balor. He charges with it but Ali superkicks him. Andrade falls back out to the floor. Ali leaps out over the top rope and hits a ladder in Andrade’s arms on the floor. They both hit hard and go down. We go back to commercial.
 
Back from the break and Andrade sends Balor into a ladder in the corner. More back and forth between everyone. Ali leaps off the top and Orton catches him with the RKO. Andrade ends up dropping Balor in the middle of the ring again. Andrade with the Hammerlock DDT for a close 2 count. Balor leaps out of the ring to take Ali and Orton down on the floor. Andrade and Balor tangle more in the middle of the ring. Andrade with another Hammerlock DDT for the pin to win.
 
Winner: Andrade
