The Mysterios (Rey & Dominik Mysterio) vs. The Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor)

The Judgment Day makes their entrance first. We are shown their heinous assault on Rey Mysterio from Raw this past week. The commentary team notes that the group tried to destroy Rey Mysterio’s big moment. The Mysterios arrives next. Jimmy Smith notes the family has never backed down from any challenge. Rey and Dominik immediately go after Finn Balor and Priest who are waiting for them inside the ring.

Finn and Priest with punches and shoulders. Rey kicks Finn and Priest and then Rey with a satellite head scissors. Dominik sends Priest to the floor and then he sends Balor to the floor. Dominik with a suicide dive onto Priest and Rey with an Asai Moonsault onto Balor. Dominik sends Finn back into the ring and Dominik with a springboard cross body for a near fall. Rey tags in and they hit a double side Russian leg sweep. Rey sends Dominik onto Finn with a victory bomb and Rey gets a near fall. Rey with a wrist lock and Dominik tags in and he kicks Finn.

Dominik with a wrist lock and he hits a springboard wrist lock take down. Dominik with a forearm to knock Priest down on the apron. Priest with a knee to Dominik followed by a clothesline from Balor. Balor knocks Rey off the apron. Balor kicks Dominik in the corner. Priest tags in and Balor with a back breaker and Priest with a leg drop for a near fall. Priest with a rear chin lock. Priest with a kick to the head and he knocks Rey off the apron. Balor holds Dominik and Priest with an elbow into the corner. Priest with South of Heaven and Balor with a slingshot stomp to Dominik. Dominik with a suplex and he hits a suplex. Balor with an elbow.

Balor with chops to Dominik. Balor sends Dominik into the turnbuckles. Dominik with a clothesline and both men are down. Dominik rolls to his corner to make the tag and he does it. Priest tags in as well and Rey with a springboard cross body and a kick. Priest with an Irish whip but he misses a splash. Rey with a shoulder from the apron and a seated splash and drop kick. Rey knocks Balor off the apron. Rey with a wheelbarrow into a bulldog. Rey kicks Balor when Balor brings a chair into the ring. Rey hits Priest a few times with the chair. Rey with a sliding splash using the chair onto Balor on the floor.

Rey with a slingshot move and Priest catches Rey but Rey escapes and Priest with a super kick for a near fall. Priest goes for a choke slam but Rey counters and sends Priest into the ropes. Balor tags in and takes care of Rey with a Slingblade. Balor with a drop kick in the corner. Dominik grabs Balor when Finn goes for Coup de Grace. Balor kicks Dominik away but Rey stops Finn. Rey with a Frankensteiner for a near fall.

Priest sets for a power bomb on Rey but Dominik pulls Rey to the mat and Rey with an assisted head scissors that sends Priest into the ropes. Balor is drop kicked into the ropes. Rhea trips Rey and Dominik and then Rhea drops Dominik face first onto the apron. Priest grabs Rey and hits South of Heaven. Balor asks for a chair…

The lights go out and a flaming set of stairs appears by the entrance and Edge is back and has a customized Brood music as his theme. Edge makes his way to the ring and Balor and Priest forget they are in a match.

Edge with a boot to Priest and then he gets into the ring and spears Balor. Edge spears Priest. Edge sends Balor into the ropes and Rey and Edge hit a double 619. Rey with a splash and he gets the three count.

Winners: The Mysterios

Edge stands tall with The Mysterios as Judgment Day looks in disgust.

Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio vs Damian Priest and Finn Balor
– We are back from commercial as we see Balor land a series of chops to the chest of Dominik in the corner, Rey then hits a kick to the side of Balor’s head, Rey then hits a tilt-a-whirl headscissors on Balor, Rey and Dominik then hits a doubleteam russian leg sweep on Balor, Dominik then powerbombs Rey onto Balor, Rey then lands ten punches onto Balor in the corner, Balor then sends Rey into the corner with a strong Irishwhip, Priest then hits a superplex on Rey, Rey then hits an enzuigiri on Balor, Dominik then hits an armdrag on Balor, Dominik then attempts a tope suicida onto Priest but Priest catches Dominik, Priest then throws Dominik into the barricade as we go to commercial break.

We are back from commercial as we see Dominik land a bulldog on Balor, Rey then hits a springboard crossbody onto Priest, Rey then hits a seated senton onto Priest to secure a nearfall, Priest then hits a superkick on Rey to secure a nearfall, Rey then hits a hurricarana on Priest, Balor then hits the coup de grace on Rey, Balor goes for the pin but Dominik makes the save, Finn then throws the chair into the arms of Rey to frame him, Rey then hits Balor in the stomach with the chair, Rey then attempts to frame Balor, Rey and Dominik then hits a doubleteam 619 onto Priest and Balor, Rey then hits a frog splash from the top rope onto Balor to secure the pinfall victory.

We see Rey and Dominik celebrating backstage, Rey is then given a present, its his original 1997 Halloween Havoc gear, Rhea Ripley then returns, Rhea then pushes Aliyah before dragging Dominik away, Priest and Balor then ambush Rey, Priest then powerbombs Rey through a table before retreating.

Damian Priest tells the people to rise for a Prince and a Punisher. They need to rise for The Judgment Day. They chose not to destroy Dominik Mysterio last week on Raw. Priest guarantees that Dominik will join The Judgment Day tonight. Priest can see in Dominik’s eyes that he wants to drop his father. His father is stifling him. Priest wants to show what they do to legends that hold them back.

Footage is shown of Priest, Finn Bálor, and Rhea Ripley viciously ejecting Edge from the group last month.

Bálor says he can watch that video over and over again. Rey Mysterio’s music hits. The Mysterios come out to the ring.

-Commercial Break-

Damian Priest w/ Finn Bálor vs. Rey Mysterio w/ Dominik Mysterio

We join this match in progress. Mysterio gets in Bálor’s face and then hits Priest with a slingshot splash. During the commercial, Mysterio hit Priest with a plancha. Priest drops Mysterio with a forearm before stomping him in the corner. Priest whips Mysterio hard into the corner and avalanches him. Priest covers for a two-count. Priest applies a chin lock, but Mysterio fights out. Priest quickly hits a backbreaker for a two-count. Priest goes back to the chin lock. Mysterio fights up and elbows out. Priest clubs the back and punches him. Priest knees him in the midsection before whipping him into the ropes. Mysterio holds on and boots him back. Mysterio then hits a wheelbarrow bulldog.

Mysterio goes to the top rope, so Priest grabs him by the throat. Mysterio counters into a hurricanrana before sending him into the ring post. Mysterio comes off the top rope with a seated senton. Mysterio follows up with a springboard cross-body block for a one-count. Priest puts the brakes on a whip. Mysterio tries to slingshot over him, but Priest catches him. Mysterio counters into a DDT for a near fall. Mysterio drops Priest into the ropes. Bálor gets on the apron and distracts him. Dominik pulls Bálor down, so Bálor sends him into the barricade. Mysterio baseball slides Bálor. Mysterio goes for a 619 on Priest, but Priest superkicks him down for a near fall.

Priest goes for South of Heaven, but Mysterio counters and sends him into the ropes. Mysterio connects with a 619. Mysterio goes for a seated senton, but Priest catches him. Priest hits a vicious Crucifix Powerbomb for the win.

Winner by Pinfall: Damian Priest

Priest continues to attack Mysterio after the match. Bálor grabs some chairs and sets Mysterio up for a con-chair-to. Priest says Dominik is going to join The Judgment Day… or they’ll take his father’s head off. Dominik runs in to protect his father and agrees to join the group. Priest says it doesn’t work like that. Bálor attacks Dominik with the chair. Rey then escapes the ring before being hit with the chair.

Finn Balor’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Finn tells Rey he has nothing but love for him, but with all due respect, Finn says he is a two time NXT Champion, a two time Intercontinental Champion, and the first ever Universal Champion. There is one championship he has never held and now that he is on Raw, he wants that, the WWE Championship.

Finn Balor is in the back and Kevin Owens shows up to talk to him. Kevin says it is a big opportunity tonight. He says that there aren’t many people in WWE he respects like Balor, but Kevin says he has to win tonight. He says it is every man for himself. Balor says that is the way he likes it. He says he will see Kevin out there.

Rey Mysterio vs. Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor in a Number One Contender Ladder Match

We go back to the ring for tonight’s Fatal 4 Way Ladder Match main event as the future WWE Title shot contract hangs high above the ring. Rey Mysterio is out first, followed by Kevin Owens. There are ladders set up all around the stage and ringside area. Owens is fired up as he hits the ring. Finn Balor is out next. The winner of this match will become the new #1 contender to WWE Champion Big E for a future title shot. We go to commercial before Seth Rollins can make his way out.

We are back and Becky Lynch will defend the Raw Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair next week.

Seth Rollins finally makes his entrance and we are ready to go!

Rey goes after Seth as the bell ring and he kicks Seth. Owens follows Seth to the floor and sends him into the ringside barrier. Rey punches Balor but Balor kicks Rey. Rey with a sunset flip and Balor rolls through because you don’t sunset flip Balor. Balor with a drop kick. Balor gets a ladder but Seth hits Balor from behind. Seth drops Rey on the top rope and then Owens sends Rollins into the ringside barrier. Rollins grabs a ladder but Owens kicks Rollins and takes the ladder and hits Rollins and Finn with it. Owens hits Rey with a ladder when Rey dives.

We see Big E standing with his back to the monitor.

Owens and Balor are in the ring and Owens goes for a suplex but Balor escapes. Owens power bombs Balor onto a ladder hanging from the ropes. Rollins misses a springboard knee and Owens with a super kick and Rollins falls onto the ladder. Owens goes for a swanton onto Rollins on the ladder but Rollins moves and Owens hits the ladder.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Rollins hits Owens in the midsection with a ladder a few times. Rollins hits Balor in the midsection with the ladder. Rollins hits Owens in the head with a ladder. Balor with a double leg take down and he hits a double stomp on the ladder. Balor back drops Owens onto the ladder on top of Rollins. Balor is the first to climb the ladder and Rey stops Balor from grabbing the contract. Rey and Balor exchange punches but Owens pushes the ladder over. Owens with a German suplex to Balor. Owens runs into a boot and then he hits a Samoan drop. Owens sets up the ladder and climbs.

Rollins grabs Owens by the ankle and Rollins with forearms to the leg and a buckle bomb but Owens with a super kick. Owens crawls to the ladder and he starts to climb. Owens has the contract but Rey grabs Owens by the ankles to stop Owens. Owens tosses Rey into the ladder. Owens goes to the floor and he sends Rey into the ringside barrier. Owens hits Balor in the shoulder wit a ladder and then he hits Rey with the ladder. Owens hits Rollins with the ladder.

Owens looks under the ring and gets a table from under the ring. Owens sets up the table on the floor but Balor stops him. Rollins takes care of Balor and Owens with a suicide dive. Rollins with a wheelbarrow but Rey with a bulldog. Owens goes for a pop up power bomb but Rey counters with a rana and Rey is tripped by Seth when he goes for a 619.

Rey sends Rollins to the floor and Rey with a 619 into the ladder and Owens is down. Rey with a seated splash using the ladder off the apron on Owens. Rollins grabs the ladder Rey is trying to bring into the ring and Rollins punches Rey. Balor with a flip dive onto Rollins and Rey as we go to commercial.

We are back and Owens kicks Rollins but Rollins punches Owens. Owens with forearms and Rollins with a DDT. Rey climbs the ladder while all this is going on and Rollins pushes Rey off the ladder and the ladder is pushed over. Rollins puts the ladder against the turnbuckles and Rollins punches Owens. Rollins Irish whips Balor into the ladder in the corner. Balor with Slingblade to Rollins. Owens with a super kick to Balor. Balor drop kicks Rollins into the ladder. Rey with a springboard seated splash to Balor. Owens counters a rana attempt with a sit out gourdbuster.

Balor sends Rollins into the ringside barrier and he also hits a chair. Balor puts the ladder on the apron and announce table. Balor with slingblade to Rollins. Balor stops Rey on the ladder and Balor has the contract but Owens pulls Balor off and hits a stunner. Rey climbs the ladder and Owens gets Rey on his shoulders and they go over the top rope. Owens goes to the floor. Rey comes off the apron and Owens catches Rey and power bombs Rey through the table. Owens climbs the ladder and he has the contract but Rollins grabs Owens. Owens goes for a power bomb onto the ladder hanging on the apron. Rollins blocks it and he back drops Owens onto the ladder.

Balor climbs the ladder and Rollins pulls Balor off and Rollins hits Black Out. Rollins climbs the ladder and he grabs the contract.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Big E makes his way to the stage and he applauds Rollins on his victory. Rollins laughs and he says alls fair in love and war. Seth says he will do anything to get that title back. Rollins walks away and says that Big E won’t do anything.

In the back, Sarah Schreiber ambushes Seth and asks him how he feels on his first night back to get a title match. Seth says this is his show and he says he is the next WWE champion.

Finn Balor vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship

Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso attack Balor while Finn is posing on the turnbuckles after his entrance. They the run the ring steps into Balor. Jimmy goes up top but The Street Profits are out to make the save. They chase the Usos through the crowd as Roman Reigns’ music hits and he makes his way to the ring.

Back to commercial.

We are back and the medical staff checks on Finn and we can finally get the introductions.

Roman backs Balor into the corner and he biels Balor across the ring. Roman with kicks to the ribs. Roman with punches an he sends Balor into the turnbuckles. Roman sends Balor into another turnbuckle. Balor with NeverEnding Story. Balor drop kicks Reigns in the knee and then he kicks the back of the leg to take Roman down. Balor grabs the leg but Reigns with a head butt. Balor with slingblade and then Balor runs into an uppercut. Roman with a choke slam for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Roman sets for the Superman punch but misses. Balor with a chop Balor kicks Roman and connects with a forearm. Roman with a punch and Balor with a Pele Kick and both men are down. Balor gets to his feet and he punches Roman. Roman with a knee to the midsection. Roman goes for a power bomb but Balor gets to his feet and he takes Roman down and hits a double stomp.

Balor with shoulders in the corner. Balor with a back heel kick and Roman sends Balor to the floor. Balor pulls Roman off the apron and into the ring skirt. Balor with punches and kicks as the camera shakes like there is an earthquake in Jacksonville. Balor with a flip dive.

Balor goes up top and he misses the Coup de Grace when Roman moves. Roman with a Superman punch for a near fall. Roman looks around as he sets for the spear. Roman growls and Balor with a kick and an inside cradle for a near fall. Roman goes for a Samoan drop but Balor with an elevated elbow drop for a near fall. Balor sets for the running drop kick and sends Roman into the corner. Balor goes up top and hits the Coup de Grace for a near fall and Balor’s arm hits Finn in his Balors. Roman with elbows to Balor. Roman with the guillotine and Balor passes out.

Winner: Roman Reigns
